Main Purpose:
To create valuefor the Unified support systemand error-free accounting and follow accurate statutory processes and compliance.

Key responsibilities
- Bank Reconciliation
- Booking Purchase invoice
- Creating Expense Entries
- Creating Sales invoice and Delivery Note
- Posting Journal Entries
- Input Tax Credit Reconciliation
- TDS Reconciliation
- Sharing Outstanding/Accounts Receivable/ AccountsPayable
- Complying with Generally AcceptedAccounting Principles
- Complying with Statutory Aspects( TDS, GST, PT, PF )
- Tracking the Payments with vendors and Customers
- Maintain separate excel Sheet for every Expense’s Incurredfor Cost Record
- Maintain digital and physicalfinancial records Periodically
- Participate in audit Conducts
Qualifications/ Skills:
- Proven experience as AccountsExecutive/Sr. Accounts Executive in a manufacturing
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an AccountsExecutive
- B.Com (Bachelor of Commerce) graduate with the ability to understand compliance and statutory requirements
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, and any accounting software like Tally/ERP
